BAMBURGH
Set in a coastline of rocky shores, sand dunes, and windswept beaches, Bamburgh today is a quiet, but pretty little village, though that wasn’t always the case, as it was once the bustling hub of royal Northumbria.
Dominated by its castle, it still has much to offer visitors, including the RNLI Grace Darling Museum and a picture postcard high street with its cafes and restaurants.
