European Christmas Markets have a distinctive, unique feel. With decorative Christmas lights, an abundance of different cultures, and traditional festive dishes, there is so much to explore.

On our ‘Christmas Markets of the Rhine’ tour, we visit three of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe; Koblenz Christmas Market, Rudesheim Christmas Market, and Heidelberg Christmas Market.

These German Christmas Markets are decorated with Christmas lights and have small wooden chalets which sell local traditional food such as Bratwurst (German sausage) and Lebkuchen (A German gingerbread-like cake) and home-made/artisan products like soaps and candles.
