Terms & Conditions

When you book a Grand UK holiday we want you to be totally satisfied with the arrangements so that you will book with us again in the future. 

To avoid misunderstandings you should be in no doubt as to the commitments we have to you and, in turn, the obligations you have to us.

Listed below are a number of important points which we would like you to read carefully. None of the terms or conditions are intended to contravene or contradict The Package Travel Regulations 2018 or The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

  • The annual subscription for membership of The UK Travel Club is £20 per person (including VAT).
  • The subscription starts from the date payment is received and runs for twelve months from that date.
  • All communications after the initial confirmation of membership will be via email.
  • UK Travel Club membership entitles the holder to a £25 discount on all new Grand UK holidays booked within the valid membership period.
  • UK Travel Club members may also be offered additional benefits and discounts from time to time by email.
  • UK Travel Club discounts and benefits are only available to the individual named UK Travel Club member. 
  • They are not applicable to friends, family or guests who are not themselves members of The UK Travel Club.
  • UK Travel Club members are advised to make this known at the time of booking. 
  • Discounts are only valid on new bookings and do not apply to existing bookings.
  • Offers and discounts emailed to UK Travel Club members may be subject to restrictions, conditions and deadlines, and all offers are subject to availability. 
  • UK Travel Club membership is subject to a 14 day cooling off period, after this membership can only be cancelled at renewal.
  • Discount is only redeemable over the phone by quoting your Travel Club membership number.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information is complete and accurate at all times, some items may change as a result of matters beyond our control. We will inform you of any material changes to any of the relevant details at the earliest opportunity, and always as part of the booking process,as a part of our commitment to quality customer service.
Occasionally we will advertise discount codes and special offers via our social media channels and email marketing. These offers are valid on new bookings only, booked according with the terms detailed on the social media post/email.
