Great Yarmouth Beach
Great Yarmouth Beach

The ‘Golden Mile’ is Great Yarmouth's famous strip of coastline that boasts a stunning sandy beach that stretches for miles along the coastline.

Follow the flat promenade along and find a variety of amusements, arcades, rides, and attractions, alongside traditional fish and chip shops, restaurants and ice cream vendors.

The Time and Tide Museum is an excellent modern museum taking you through the history of Great Yarmouth from prehistoric to modern times.

The museum is located in an old herring-smoking building, throughout the museum there are interactive displays, films to watch, personal accounts to listen to, opportunities to dress up and plenty of photographic opportunities.
Merrivale Model Village
Merrivale Model Village

Merrivale Model Village is set in over an acre of award-winning manicured gardens with streams, waterfalls, and a lake with Koi carp.

It is beautifully made, with many diverse settings, virtually all of which are created with a cheeky 'Carry On'-ish comedy. Miniature golf is also included within the ticket fee.
Venetian Waterways and Boating Lake
Venetian Waterways and Boating Lake

The boating lake, located at the northern end of Great Yarmouth's Marine Parade, debuted in 1926, and the same waterways remain a century later.

With seven acres supporting a diverse range of wildlife and hundreds of different plant species, a network of winding canals that pass beneath several bridges, and a boating lake where you can rent a pedalo or a traditional rowing boat.
Hippodrome Circus
Hippodrome Circus

A fantastic arena with a history reaching back to 1903, and Britain's only remaining whole circus building.

The Hippodrome combines traditional and original equipment with current sound and lighting, as well as some cutting-edge effects.

There's also a backstage museum to explore after your performance.
