With every Grand UK Holiday you need to have Travel Insurance, to cover you for many occurrences that are out of your control. We ensure all of our passengers have Travel Insurance so that everyone can travel safe in the knowledge that they have the necessary cover.

It is for this reason we offer a Travel Insurance policy you can purchase through ourselves, so when you're booking your next wonderful holiday, it can all be done in one booking process, online or on the phone.

Travel Insurance

The Travel Insurance purchased through Grand UK Holidays is arranged by Wrightsure Services (Hampshire) Limited and underwritten by AWP P&C SA and administered in the UK by Allianz Partners, a trading name of AWP Assistance UK Ltd, Registered In England, Registration No. 1710361, Registered Office: PO Box 74005, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3P 3DS. AWP Assistance UK Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Registration No. 311909. You can check these details online using the Financial Services Register (accessible from https://register.fca.org.uk) or by contacting the Financial Conduct Authority Consumer Helpline on 0800 1116768.

This insurance is available only to residents of the United Kingdom who purchase cover before they travel. Should you wish to take advantage of this holiday insurance offer you’ll be asked to include the appropriate insurance premium with your deposit payment when booking your holiday. We believe that taking out holiday insurance is an important part of planning coach trips, which is why it is a condition of booking with us to ensure you have suitable holiday insurance to cover your holiday. Should you decide to take out or already have cover with another Insurer we do need you to provide us with details of your policy at the time of booking your holiday with us.

If our chosen insurance provider are unable to offer you the travel insurance cover you require because you have serious medical conditions, you may be able to get help by accessing the Money and Pensions Service travel directory or by calling 0800 138 7777 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).

Demands and Needs

This insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual or group (where applicable) who have no excluded existing medical conditions, are travelling in countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against unforeseen events detailed in the cover section below. Subject to the terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limits.
